RESPONSIBILITIES
Make schedule for workers
Hiring and training of the people working in this area.
Enforce rules on workers according to the Resort Policies/Procedures
Take appropriate action on workers who do not perform the above list of duties (this
may involve consulting with upper management first)
Update menu according to what sells and what doesn’t
Keep accurate lists of our food costs and profit margins for each menu item
Properly cook all menu items for guests, after taking their orders and payment
Ensure kitchen stays clean at all times
Order any food and materials needed for the café on a weekly basis
Training of staff
